Scamming trades

Just now in Junon I found a shop selling a Bow of Talons 9 for 250m. I figure hey thats cheap and the person is just tryign to make some quick money, so I bought it. It turns out what I bought was not actually a refine 9 p7 bow, but a plain unrefined one. How this person managed to do this is beyond me but it is a terrible scam.

I'm trying to send a 1 on 1 but it's a painful struggle with the website crashing constantyl. I just want to warn people that what you see is not always what you get.

EDIT: They were attempting it again with the same fact item by storage.
