Patch Notes v.292Item Mall
Congratulations to the Netherlands and Spain for making it to the World Cup Finals! Both the Netherlands and Spain T-Shirt are now available for purchase in the Item Mall! By purchasing either of these shirts, you guarantee yourself at least a second place finish or better in the World Cup betting! As a reminder, here are the top 3 prizes:
1st Place - T-Shirt will change to 1,000 Attack Power and 1,000 Defense for 30 days, starting on July 12th.
2nd Place - T-Shirt will change to 500 Attack Power and 500 Defense for 30 days, starting on July 12th.
3rd Place - T-Shirt will change to 250 Attack Power and 250 Defense for 30 days, starting on July 12th.
The Netherlands and Spain T-Shirts qualify for the 1st and 2nd Place prize, depending on who wins/losses.
The Germany and Uruguay T-Shirts qualify for the 3rd place prize, depending on who wins. There is no prize for the 4th place finisher.
In addition to this, one lucky winner from the 1st place T-Shirts will receive 100% of their Item Mall purchases on World Cup T-Shirts returned to them! One lucky winner from the 2nd place T-Shirts will receive 50% of their Item Mall points back, and one lucky winner from the 3rd place T-Shirts will receive 30% of their Item Mall points back from World Cup T-Shirt purchases during this promotion.
2010 ROSE Cup Soccer Event
Soccer fans get ready to suit up and get out into the field!
Talk to [Event Info] Judy in the Canyon City of Zant to start the ROSE Cup Soccer Event quest! She will need your help collecting soccer balls that were stolen! During the ROSE Cup Soccer Event and the real world World Cup, for that limited time only, you may purchase a T-shirt of your favorite country participant of the World Cup! You can use this flag-sporting t-shirt to wear around in-game, or a symbol that you have bet on that team to win the World Cup! As the World Cup goes on, these t-shirts will become rarer and pricier, so get yours from the start! By the end of the World Cup, if you own the t-shirt of the real world winning team, you and your in-game character will be rewarded handsomely!
This is the second part of the ROSE Cup Event with newly added items (See below for more information). In addition to this, all characters, past and present will now be able to complete the ROSE Cup again, even if you had previously completed this event!

Updated UI to display an approximate difficulty of crafting a particular piece once all the materials are added.
Fixed a bug that caused passive skills that provided both basic stat bonuses (STR, CON, etc) and another passive stat to not update the second passive bonus on the character sheet.
Server
Chance of success to get bonus options while crafting is now slightly more difficult.
The set of available bonus options for crafting now will always include lower tier bonuses. Improving SEN will still be required to gain the higher tier bonus options.
