Accounts association on WarpPortal

I've got a problem which, if not resolved, will not let me buy IM points ever again.

As you know, in order to buy points you've got to link your game account to the Warp Portal System first.
The thing is that I remember the 2 emails of my game accounts but then I can't remember the password, making me unable to click on the validation link.
But even if I remembered the password, there is another bigger issue. Hotmail, after an account has been inactive for a long time, just deactivates it (or deletes it, I'm not even sure myself). And this happened to my accounts: when I tried to recover the passwords it said the 2 accounts didn't exist. But I'm sure they do because when I linked my game accounts to the WP they worked.

So now I'm stuck with a pending verification, and I can't complete it because I can't access the two email accounts.

I've sent a ticket to the support team and explained the situation, I told them that I was sure of the emails linked to game accounts. And I just wanted them to verify that those were really the accounts I made. But then, after asking me for all the information to identify the accounts, I received a notification saying that my ticket was closed.
